For the sake of our people and creating a better environment, our journey of an active participation in the living process began. The start of our story goes back to the 1940s when my grandfather started to work in the construction industry. To carry on his legacy, I decided to go on the paths my father and grandfather. I built my first residential building in my twenties and the journey continued till today under the name of my company: Shale Group. Throughout our working history, it was evident that our key to success was gaining the trust of our customers and therefore building a solid foundation for the reputation we have in the market now. Innovation is an essential part of how we got here. We introduced new ideas to the construction industry, taking risks that would later pay off. Making sure everything we provide to our customers is of the highest quality is a massive part of our work. Our experienced engineers and employees have been a role model to all others across the region.
